Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of our products, and as they are skincare items, Con Soap does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sanitation, health, and safety reasons once an order has been delivered.

We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered to you in the same condition in which they were shipped. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

We will arrange for a replacement or full compensation after reviewing the issue.


Order Cancellation / Changes

If you change your mind after placing your order, we are happy to process a cancellation, refund, or make changes to your order only if the request is received within 1 hour of placing the order.

After this 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel, refund, or modify your order, as it may have already been processed or shipped.

Failed Delivery

If your order reaches the maximum number of failed delivery attempts by our shipping courier, the package will automatically be returned to us.

In this case:

  • You will be refunded the total cost of the products only.

  • The shipping fee will not be refunded, as this cost is paid directly to the courier company for delivery attempts made.

This process occurs automatically, and while we are not obligated to notify you beforehand, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
